CalmPaws offers the following shipping options within the United States:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
- Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping
- Delivery in 5-7 business days
- Tracking number provided via email
STANDARD SHIPPING ($5.99)
- Orders under $35
- Delivery in 5-7 business days
- Tracking number provided via email
EXPRESS SHIPPING ($12.99)
- Delivery in 2-3 business days
- Tracking number provided via email
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the following business day
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days at supportancheyang@71.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
